Hey guys, andrewberg here repping the Gerudo faction. This is something a bit different than what I’m used to, but I found it fun once I started getting into it. I downloaded photoshop the other day and just decided to throw together a few images I thought captured important aspects of my character. Without further ado:

This is an OC whose design I bought as an adopt a while ago, by Midsommar. After debating the options (of which was a perilous task, for sure), I settled on Osira: a name inspired by the word “Oasis”. With her, I wanted to explore the idea of a character who works in the Gerudo Secret Club: a seamstress, designing wares for the voe who visit the desert. Of course, the bottom image depicts home sweet home: Gerudo Town. I imagine she’d draw inspiration from her surroundings—especially from the sky, with the range of colors it can sport, an embodiment of its capacity for change. In addition, I wanted something reminiscent of her working environment: silk and satin streaming from above, bearing colorful tassels. And last, but not least, is the symbol of her heritage (centered, slightly obscured behind her).
Originally, I wanted to do two edits: one of my character, and one of the Gerudo king himself, but it didn’t end up working out. I’m glad I got the opportunity to participate in this first week, and can’t wait to beat everyone else and help the Gerudo faction succeed—with love, of course.

(Sorry for the poor quality—I’ll try and figure out how to get a better image, if that doesn’t work)
Thank you for taking the time to read through my post. Andrew out. Until next week. Of course.
