Terms of Service

☆Adopts☆

-You may change small things about the designs, but overall please keep it similar to my original idea

-You may use the oc however you wish, as long as it's not for business purposes. My designs are meant to be personal ocs, not mascots

-Credit me when you use the image. Whether it be in a wiki, a post, etc.

-I would LOVE to see the character you bought being used. If you ever make wikis, get art, etc, I would love to see it. (This is not required, I just love to see people expand the design into a full fledged oc!)

-Do NOT resell. Trading is okay, giving away is okay.

-Please don't rush me or speak/act unkindly towards me. I will keep clear communication with you and provide you updates frequently

-You may ask for small adjustments during the creation process. I won't take offense to adjustments

-Please credit me whenever you use the artwork I make for you

-I have the right to decline a commisison if I feel like I'm unable to offer what you are asking for or if I feel uncomfortable.

-Payment must be made in 2 installments. Half upfront, half after flatshading

-Turn around time varies but should never take more than 1 month to complete.

-If i am unable to complete your commission, I will refund you the full amount you've paid
