Vampires

Vampires are blood sucking fiends that plague the land of Hyrule. They are an ancient evil the Gods seem to have forgotten. It is said that to become a vampire, you must first be bitten by one. Most people do not get that chance however; As these hungry creatures quickly drain you of all of your blood, leaving you cold, shriveled, and very dead. There is no cure for vampirism, only death can stop them.

Location of Operation:

Vampires live amongst the living. They are often found in older cities, living secluded from the rest of the town.

Commonness:

Vampires are very rare, making up about only 0.5% of the population. Most believe them to be fairytale creatures.

Behavior:

They often hide from the world - coming out only at night. They are reclusive, defensive, and natural born hunters. They are also extremely charming.

Grouping:

They are solitary creatures, they prefer to be alone.

Average Appearance:

Vampires are tall and thin. They are extremely pale, as though no life runs through them. They have demon like eyes, and short pointed ears. They dress regaly.

Lifespan:

For the most part, these creatures are immortal. They can die if a) they starve or b) they're exposed to their weaknesses.

Diet:

Blood. Vampires feast on blood. While they have a strong appetite for mortal flesh, they've learned to feast on small animals & cattle to remain undetected.

Super strength, speed, intelligence & heightened senses. They have the ability to see in the dark. Very powerful vampires have the ability of flight.

They are extremely intelligent. Having been around for centuries, they've learned a lot about humanity and the world around them.
