Nubia's hair length varies because of how she styles it. In the front, Nubia has two long strands of bangs on both sides of her face. The back of her hair is shoulder length, and she wears part of it into a small bun pulled up neatly.

Nubia's main outfit consists of a dark blue, full length robe with gold trim and accents She has decorative shoulder pads and a chest piece that acts as a sort of necklace and holds her shoulder pads in place. Nubia grew up around nothing but conflict. She has grown to use conflict to her advantage as much as she can. She sees it as somewhat necessary.

Being a Duchess, Nubia encounters royalty daily and she lives the lifestyle too. She longs for the days when she wasn't royalty.

Nubia has little exposure to peasants, but doesn't care for them.

Seeing as Lorule is teeming with bandits and thieves, she's used to them. She has learned that because of her status and wealth, she can easily talk them into doing things for her in turn for some easy money

•Nubia was married via an arranged marriage into a Lorulian royal family. She doesn't care for him at all, and isn't even interested in him. She agreed simply for the sake of the status. Later on, she 'deals' with him and makes him disappear.

As a child, Nubia was raised in a village of scoundrels and thieves. One day, a small battalion of Lorule soldiers was sent to the village by Ivor's father. He has them ransack the town for supplies as Lorule is running scarce. They take a few of the children to the palace in order to either be servants or advocates for the royal family. Nubia was one of these children. She had a hard time adjusting to her new life, as everything she used to do before, she was told she couldn't do it. It was not proper of a noble to go outside and 'play pretend' or to socialize with the filthy scoundrels' She received much disciplinary action through her childhood and early teen years.

Though one day, she had finally thought to herself that maybe it couldn't be so bad. She couldn't save her family or friends, but she could at least save herself. From then on she learnt their ways, and grew to hold herself to high standards. She promised herself one day, she'd get revenge on the one who destroyed her village but first she'd have to make herself near perfect in their eyes. Nubia became cunning, charismatic, confident, and intelligent. She became admired by many, and thus, caught the eye of young Ivor.

It was later settled that the two would have an arranged marriage. Nubia truly had no interest in men, but married him regardless as she would finally become an actual Royal. She worked hard to become Duchess of Lorule and takes her duties very seriously though she finds her husband to be weak minded and overbearing as he'd always steals her spotlight. About a year later, she decides she has no use for her husband anymore.

Nubia secretly sets up meetings with various thieves and scoundrels from all across Lorule. During one of these, she runs into her childhood friend, Cadence. After much angsty discussion, the two come to understand each other's lives and agree to be friends again.

This leads to the 'incident' She mourns for her husband externally, though internally she feels as she has broken part of the chains that hold her back from achieving her full potential.

Nowadays, Nubia is living a double life. Though she has hopes of one day leaving the royal family for good. During the day, she is the Duchess of Lorule. During the night, she is a scoundrel in training under the watchful eye of her significant other, Cadence. They work together to undo the chaos that the royal family caused in destroying Lorule's triforce. Nubia can now find happiness.

Nubia has Ivor's royal portrait replaced with one of her and Cadence.
