Hello everyone, this is my first attack as a leader and it is a very special one at that!
Yesterday was PocketLocket's birthday so obviously I had to do something for them! I was hoping to get it out yesterday but I kind of forgot how long even a simple blink animation takes on my ipad that wishes to combust the second I even think about animating anything. But I pushed through and like they say, better late than never!

Now, my decision of who to pick was a hard one because I love all of pockets designs, they're just so cute. I eventually settled on doing Saki because I thought she'd be simple enough to finish in a day. Well turns out, I never learn because the braids alone took an hour to get right... embarrassing but I pulled through in the end as I stated before! I was also planning on shading it some but yeah... my ipad hates me and I wasn't going to risk a crash so hopefully flat colors are fine!
Despite all the issues I encountered on this piece, I think it came out cute and I hope I did Saki justice because she is just so pretty.
I know I wished you it yesterday but now that the blog is officially posted and up, happy belated birthday Pocket. I hope you had fun yesterday and enjoyed all the little gifts you got from everyone on ZA.

This year is very animation heavy and I'm loving it! And you totally should! It's so fun, I love animating when my ipad allows me to.
