My entry for the mascot challenge

This is my art I created for the #mascot2019 challenge:

I choose a llama to represent our community!

I had to think for a bit until I got the idea to make a llama. I knew I wanted to make an animal but I didn't know which animal might be representative.

Unicorns are a bit too obvious if you ask me and the llama basically is the new unicorn so I went with it.

I added the wings to make it more magical and unique.

This is the first version of the llama:

Sadly I forgot to make progress pictures while I created the first version of the llama so I made this screenshot of the app I used and added a speech bubble after I already finished it.

Later I created a front view of the same llama. I do have some progress pictures of this one:

First I wanted to make a side view again

Then I realised a front view would look better for this one

I got the idea to add wings after I thought I had already finished both versions.
