Personality description

Misuki is seemingly quite weak and timid but in reality he is more confident than he appears but that's only because of his classmates' support even though he dresses as a girl. Misuki has a crush on one of his friends but he's unable to bring himself to confess his feeling and instead just bottles them up instead.

Backstory

Misuki was born into a big loving family to a youngish couple. Within the family there was three aunties, two uncle and many cousins along with two sets of grandparents. Misuki was one of the younger ones in the family so he was always cared for.

Everything was happy in his life up until Elementary. The first couple years at Elementary school were fine but Misuki had been too timid and shy to actually make friends. He would often watch as the other kids played and wondered what it would be like for him to have a friend. However, Misuki could never build enough courage to approach the other kids or even talk to anyone in the classroom.

By the time Misuki reached the third grade he still didn't have any friends until one day when he was approached by one of the other children. It was one of the girls. She would often start asking Misuki questions as she was curious in getting to know him. Misuki would normally not know what to do when bombarded with all the questions the girl would ask but inside he was happy that someone was talking with him.

Eventually as time went by the two became best friends. They would talk for long amounts of time, play games outside, and even go visit each other out of school time. This girl was Misuki's first and only friend through Elementary.

In the fourth grade some of the boys in the class had noticed Misuki's close friendship with one of the girls and started to mock him cause of that fact, calling him a girl or something similar to that. Misuki ignored it for a while by whenever his friend had a sick day or wasn't at school the bullies would hassle him more, pushing him around and saying he was too weak to do anything about it. They wasn't wrong, Misuki knew he was too weak to fight back so he just accepted it as part of his reality. His parents would usually ask Misuki about the cuts and scraps had received when he was pushed other but he would just tell them he got them while playing. Misuki didn't want to bother his parents with something as small as his problem.

As Misuki progressed through the grades he received more and more insults from people he didn't even know that well. That was the worse part for him, to be judged by people who were pretty much strangers and those who know pretty much nothing about him.

The bullies took it one step too far during the last year of Elementary school when a group of three boys decided to gang up on Misuki while he was alone. It turned out that one of those boys really liked Misuki's friend and saw him as an obstacle in his way so he wanted to teach him a lesson. Misuki was too weak to actually fend off the boys so he ended up being punched and kicked by them. When Misuki was on the ground the leader of the trio told him to know his place and to stay out of his way. After the trio left him alone all Misuki could do was cry.

By the time he was home that day bruises had around formed on his arms and legs and his parents were worried with good reason too. They wanted to know what happened but Misuki lied and said he fell on the stairs at school. His parents believed the lie and told him to be more carefully next and that they would be sad if their son got badly hurt.

After the incident Misuki shut off from everyone and became as quiet as he was during the first two years. Obviously his best friend would question this but Misuki would never give her a straight answer. It hurt him to have to lie to both his parents and his friend but he didn't want to worry them.

As the end of Elementary school drew closer Misuki's mother had been oftered a job promotion but it would mean the family would have to move to Osaka. Misuki's father was reluctant at first as he was thinking about their son but when Misuki himself said it would make for a nice change and that he wouldn't mind moving away that much the couple decided to go through with the move once Misuki finished at Elementary.

That day came faster than Misuki expected and it was time to bid farewell to his only friend. He was sad about leaving her behind but also glad to have a fresh start away fron the bullies. The two friends agreed to stay in touch and exchanged email addresses so they could still talk together.

After Misuki's family moved to Osaka his parents looked into nearby high schools for Misuki and found the Osaka Prefecture Academia. He was unsure at first but he knew he would have to attend the school. Before starting at the new school he emailed his friend about his worries but they were soon eased when his friend emailed encouraging words back.

Misuki begun dressing as a girl just before starting high school. He wore a pin on ponytail and fake eyelashes as he was always told he was too weak to truly be a boy so he started to hide that fact he was male by dressing as a girl. Misuki's parents didn't fully understand why their son started dressing like a girl so they thought it was just a phrase but still supported him and his decision anyway.

The first year of high school similarly reflected Misuki's first year of Elementary as he was still unsure of the people there but now that he looked like a girl he gained the attention of the people in his new class. At first he thought it was that negative attention again but soon found out that his classmates just wanted to be friends. Misuki managed to work up the encourage to make some new friends and things were finally happy again. While Misuki in the this class he started helping out around the classroom and even helping his classmates with work they didn't understand. He also became known to the other classes when he agreed to help other students around the school.

Misuki still sent emails to his previous friend about all the nice stuff at his new school but eventually his friend stopped emiling back. Of course Misuki was sad about it but then thought it was probably because she had made new friends and moved on with her life just like Misuki had.

When Misuki entered the second year she made friends with class 2-B's students and they had heard about Misuki from the first year as a reliable and helpful individual so by the time the teacher asked the class to decide on who should be the class rep they chose Misuki.

Everyone in the class got along really well except there was one person from the class who was never there. Misuki asked the teacher about the absent student and found out it was a boy called Kai Hitsuguya. Deciding that no one should be left out, Misuki found out where the boy lived and went to his house one morning before school. Kai was surprised to see a girl at his house at first before asking Misuki what he wanted. Misuki then somehow convinced Kai to attend school that day and walked with him to class. Misuki had heard the stories about Kai and how he was a delinquent in the first year but he didn't let that put him off helping someone.

With Misuki's assistance Kai soon became apart of class 2-B and made friends his other classmates. They class became closer friends and everyone was rather happy. That was until one day when they performed the Sachiko everafter charm and ended up in Heavenly Host Elementary.

Ayaka: One of Misuki's close friends who helps him be more confident in himself. However, Ayaka is now like a rival in love as Misuki found that she liked Kai as well.

Kai: Misuki has been interested in Kai since he first met him and has even developed romantic feelings towards him. However, Misuki hasn't been able to tell him as he fears rejection and he doesn't want to ruin their friendship.

Ruto: Misuki likes to talk about thriller and horror movies with Ruto as they both share that interest. They are pretty much the film critics of the class.

Hajime: Misuki was in the same class of Hajime during the first year so they were already friends for then but Misuki is happy to see Hajime not trying to fight with his rival anymore.

Izayoi: Izayoi is quiet the character, trying to be a gentleman to all the ladies but his heart belongs to Rena. In the first year, he often confided in Misuki when he was feeling nervous about his crush and the two talked about the ones they like together but without disclosing names to keep each other guessing.

Emiko: The one who helps Misuki to get stronger by getting her to try out new sports and train at the school gym with her. The two can have a good laugh together too as they get along really well.

Yuuto: As someone who gets easily scared, Yuuto is often the first to scream accidentally during one of Kai's ghost stories so Misuki would sit next to him and assure him that he's fine and it's just a story.

Shion: The motherly figure of class 2-B who always tries to care for everyone. Due to how she is her and Misuki make a great team when thinking of ways to better improve the classroom environment.

Rena: As someone who's know Kai for the longest Misuki is occasionally asking Rena about the boy without letting it slip that he likes him. The two get along well but Rena is quite the mischievous individual and is often pulling jokes on her classmates.
