Recently I finished watching Avatar:The Last Airbender and I’ve always adored this show. It holds a special place in my heart and I realized I never did fan art for it. I decided to crossover Animal Crossing and Avatar because during this time they are my two favorite things.
I used Katara as a reference and I think I did pretty well. While I was rewatching avatar I also made a dress inspired by the southern water tribe. (I don’t have online sadly so I can’t post the qr 🥺🥺).

This dress probably took me about 15 - 20 minutes. I literally had my iPad right there next to me,for reference, with my switch in my hands while I was watching Avatar on my T.V talk about multi tasking.

Honestly my thought process while making this was “TRY TO DRAW IT IN THE AVATAR ART STYLE”. To which I say It’s 1 quarter of the style lol. But I am proud of myself. I’ve been feeling unmotivated cause this whole quarantine stuff but Avatar and Animal Crossing is helping me get through it. Maybe I’ll even watch Legend of Korra......ehhh

And Avatar has had a special place in my heart since I was a kid :heart: :heart: I still remember watching the finale the night it premiered :heart_eyes:

Oh. My. God. I love this post so much!! I recently got all the DVDs for ATLA and binge watched the whole thing!! I absolutely love the series! Avatar the last airbender and animal crossing: the best things in my childhood :two_hearts:
